Thank you for using the HaveFun App. Through the application you can easily make online reservations for sports facilities of partner companies. For its correct and safe use, please read carefully the following Terms of Use.

1. Who we are

The HaveFun App is provided by the company "HaveFun Software Services P.I." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), with registered office at 16 Tzaferi Street, 11854, Athens.

The Company operates as an intermediary platform between users and businesses that offer sports services (football fields, padel, tennis, etc.).

2. Purpose of the

The HaveFun App enables you to search for football, padel, tennis or beach volleyball courts, view information about them and make reservations directly with the partner businesses.

3. Create an account

To make reservations through the app, you need to create an account with your name, email and mobile phone number.

You can create an account either directly via email, or using your Apple or Google accounts.

You can also browse the app and see the partner businesses and the options available without an account, as a guest.

The mobile number is verified during the first booking to prevent abusive or false bookings.

4. Reservations and cancellations

Through the app you can book the stadium you are interested in, choosing the date, time, duration and type of stadium.

Businesses reserve the right to cancel bookings made through the application, for reasons of force majeure, unavailability or other documented reason. In case of cancellation, you will be informed in time via the app or by email.

5. Prices and Payments

The Company operates exclusively as an intermediary platform for making reservations and does not collect money or manage payments for the services provided by the businesses.

Any payment, invoicing, cancellation or refund is made directly between the user and the respective business, in accordance with the terms set by the user.

6. Reviews

As a user of the app, you can leave reviews for the businesses you have booked through the platform. These reviews are linked to your account and publicly displayed to other users of the app.

7. Usage Restrictions

t is prohibited to use the application for any illegal purpose or in a way that could cause damage to the Company, the cooperating companies or other users.

Indicatively, it is prohibited to enter false or misleading information, create multiple fake accounts, and send malicious or offensive content through the application.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy  applicable to users of the HaveFun App (players) and which you can read here: https://www.havefun.app/privacy-policy.

9. Liability and use of the application

The Company makes every effort for the proper functioning of the application and the accuracy of the information provided. However, it is not responsible for any changes in the availability or prices of the stadiums, nor for the quality of the services provided by the companies.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the software, content and visual material of the application belong to the Company or their respective beneficiaries and are protected by applicable legislation.

11. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by Greek law. For any dispute that may arise regarding its application or use, the courts of Athens have jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use in order to comply with changes in the legislation or in the services provided.

We recommend that you regularly check the terms for any modifications. The last update was in July 2025.
